First up is one of my personal favorites, Everlane. The company’s core values are: exceptional quality, ethical factories, and radical transparency. They offer timeless and effortless styles and cuts, and we are here for it! Everlane also signed the “Transparency Pledge”, a pledge that holds businesses and their supply chain partners accountable. They are very selective about which factories meet their high standards, and they pay their factory workers fairly. With this pledge, they are committed to being transparent with the cost breakdown of each item, and they share their cost and profit margin for each piece sold on their website!
We're also obsessing over the stylish essentials being served up by Universal Standard. This brand puts major focus on size inclusivity, and their pieces are available in sizes ranging from 4XS-4XL, and from 00-40! They also offer “Fit Liberty”, a shopping program that gives you the freedom to buy items in your current size. If your size changes within a year, Universal Standard will replace the items that you had purchased with your new size, free of charge! They also have a great variety of style options and offer free shipping and free returns.
